Protecting property from flood damage

This waterproof membrane surrounds homes and businesses, keeping them safe from rising water.

What is Floodseal?

Floodseal is a patented flood protection system that combines traditional sandbags with a revolutionary polyethylene film to keep flood waters at bay.

The waterproof membrane is incorporated into a sandbag wall,  creating a watertight barrier. Additional sheets are then added using our proprietary welding system, allowing emergency responders to create temporary retaining walls of any length or size.

Floodseal can be easily adapted for use in purpose-built flood barriers, roadside concrete barrier protection, continuous sandbag walls or protection of individual structures.

Deploying Floodseal is the surest way to effectively protect homes and businesses from rising water.

Example uses

Floodseal is ideally for large scale flood events, such as in Maryborough, QLD where temporary flood barriers failed to hold back the water during the January 2022 flood.

When the threat of flooding is imminent, Floodseal can help protect lives and livelihoods, whilst reducing costs for local councils, emergency organisations and insurance companies.
